HIIT Note Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 16, 2026

1. About HIIT Note

HIIT Note (the “App”) is a fitness self-management app for an HIIT timer, body weight, activity history, My HIIT, and My Workout. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

2. Information stored on the device

The App stores information entered or created by the user, including body and goal weight, weekly HIIT goal, workout history, dates, durations, optional notes, My HIIT configurations, My Workout templates, and timer preferences.

In the current version, this information is stored locally on the user's device using SwiftData. The App does not use a developer-operated backend, user account, or cloud-sync service.

3. Advertising, tracking, and analytics

The App contains no advertising and does not track users. It includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-analytics SDK.

4. Premium purchases

Premium purchases, restoration, and subscription status are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The developer does not receive payment-card details. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's privacy practices.

5. Data transmission

The current version does not transmit body-weight or workout data to a server operated by the developer. Communications between StoreKit and the App Store are handled by Apple services.

6. Managing data

Saved data may be lost when the App or device is erased, depending on the user's device backup and restoration settings. The current App does not provide cloud sync.

7. Policy updates

This policy may be updated when features, laws, or distribution requirements change. Material changes will be communicated using an appropriate method.

8. Contact

For privacy inquiries, use the HIIT Note Support contact form. Do not include unnecessary personal information such as body-weight entries or workout notes.
